How can we help?
Common questions
How do I book a meeting room?
Use the search bar on the start page to pick a city, a building, a date and time, and the number of people. Rooms that are free at that time appear straight away — press Book to take one.
You get a confirmation by email, and the booking appears under My bookings.
When and how do I get my invoices?
Invoices are sent by email to the address under Billing details, where you also choose the format. Meeting room charges appear on the next invoice after the booking.
Who can see me in the community?
Members of the houses you belong to, and nobody else. You decide what your profile shows from My profile, and you can take yourself out of the directory entirely.
How does access to the building work?
Your access card or the member app opens the doors your membership covers, during the hours the house has set. If a door does not open, open a ticket and tell us which one — that is usually quicker than the reception desk.
Are the events open to everyone?
Everything on the Events page is open to members. Some have a limited number of seats, and those say how many are left.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Open My bookings to see everything you have reserved and where each one stands. A confirmed booking is cancelled by the house — open a ticket and we will do it.
How do I change the billing address?
Open Billing details from your profile. What you change applies from the next invoice — invoices already sent are not affected.
Something is wrong — how do I get help?
Open Tickets and describe what happened. It reaches the team that works in your house, and you get the answer by email and in the portal.
When can rooms be booked?
Bookable hours and the shortest slot are set per room type by your house. Most meeting rooms follow ordinary office hours; a few are open around the clock.
